Continuing with keeping my early birds happy, I made Pina colada flavored smoothies this morning after my 6am barre3 class. Since it's Fat Tuesday, a cocktail inspired breakfast seemed just right, all we were missing was the rum!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 cup Frozen Spinach
1/4 cup Frozen (or fresh) Avocado
1 can Light Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Multi Collagen
2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
1. Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
